Can I control when my boat is available?
Absolutely. You set your own availability, blackout dates, and rental rules. Rent your boat as often — or as little — as you’d like.
Do I need to provide a captain?
If your boat requires a licensed captain, you can provide one yourself or choose from our network of vetted captains. For owner-operated boats, you’ll captain the vessel yourself.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are securely processed through Stripe and deposited directly into your bank account. You’ll typically receive a deposit at time of booking and full payment within a few days after the charter is completed.

We partner with Stripe to verify every renter and process secure payments. Stripe’s fraud prevention tools and customer verification protocols reduce risk and help protect your earnings.
What happens if a charter is canceled?
Our cancellation policy protects both owners and renters. If a guest cancels within a set window, you may still receive partial or full payment. Full details are available in your owner dashboard.
Can I approve or decline booking requests?
Yes — you have full control over who rents your boat. You’ll receive booking requests to review and can approve or decline based on your preferences.
Do I need insurance to list my boat?
Yes, all boats must have active insurance coverage to be listed. We recommend verifying that your policy allows for commercial use or charter activity. We can connect you with marine insurance partners if needed.
